What working together looks like

A clear process from planning to keys.

Buying real estate can feel like a lot of moving parts. My job is to keep those parts organized, explain what matters and help you move forward at a pace that makes sense for you.

If you are not ready today, that is okay. We can start with a conversation about financing, timing, neighborhoods, property types or what you should prepare before beginning your search.

Especially for first-time buyers

You do not need to know everything before reaching out.

I can help you understand the steps, connect the pieces and know what questions to ask your lender, inspector, title company and other professionals involved in the transaction.

The buyer process

Step by step, without the guesswork.

01

Plan & prepare

We talk about your goals, timeline, budget, financing status, preferred areas and what matters most in the property.

02

Get preapproved

If financing is needed, a lender helps establish your buying range and loan options before we focus the search.

03

Search & tour

We narrow down options, schedule showings, compare properties and look beyond the photos at condition, location and value.

04

Offer & negotiate

When the right property comes along, I help structure the offer, explain the terms and negotiate with your priorities in mind.

05

Due diligence

Inspections option-period decisions, repairs, appraisal, financing, title work and deadlines are coordinated as we move toward closing.

06

Close & get the keys

We review the final steps, coordinate closing and make sure you know what to expect before ownership officially transfers.

Common questions

Good questions to ask early.

Do I need to be preapproved before looking at homes?

Getting preapproved early is usually the most useful path because it helps establish a realistic price range and makes you better prepared when the right property appears. If you have not spoken with a lender yet, we can still talk about your goals and next steps.

Will I need a written agreement before viewing homes?

Yes. Texas law requires a written agreement containing specified information before a license holder shows residential property to a prospective buyer. I will explain the agreement, representation and compensation terms that apply before any showing.

Can you help if I am a first-time buyer?

Absolutely. I welcome first-time buyers and explain the process, terminology, deadlines and decisions step by step instead of assuming you already know them.

What areas do you work in?

I work throughout Bryan–College Station, Caldwell and surrounding communities. If the property is farther out, ask me and I will let you know if it is within the area I can reasonably serve.

What if I am only planning and not ready to buy yet?

That is still a good time to reach out. An early conversation can help you understand financing, timing, savings goals and what to work on before actively shopping.

Submitting this form does not create a brokerage representation agreement. It simply gives me enough information to start a useful conversation with you.
